With a salary range of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 18,000,000 per bulan, you will work closely with business leaders to ensure a high-performance culture.

As an HRBP Manager, you will be responsible for creating a strategic HR plan that supports the company’s growth and success. You will work with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) like BambooHR and SuccessFactors to manage employee data and HR processes. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in organizational development and talent management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, including job analysis, role definition, and performance management.
• Manage talent development programs, including training and succession planning.
• Use HRIS tools like BambooHR and SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Represent HR at company-wide events and committees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
• Strong background in organizational development and talent management.
• Proficient in using HRIS tools like BambooHR and SuccessFactors.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
