📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain cinema equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and screens, to ensure high-quality movie presentations.
- Assist in the setup and takedown of cinema equipment for daily showtimes.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cinema spaces, including seating areas and restrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable movie-going experience for all guests.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and adherence to COVID-19 guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of cinema supplies as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cinema operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cinema equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and screens.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Valid ID and the ability to pass background checks.
- Willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
