📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of materials and services for construction projects.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and budget.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as required.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with construction materials and equipment is a plus.
