📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and assemble electro-mechanical components using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality control to ensure all products meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes.
• Document all assembly and testing procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing phases.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly and testing.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of electro-mechanical design principles.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, particularly those related to electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
