📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and monitor community development projects in Alcantara and Badian, Cebu.
Conduct needs assessments and develop project proposals aligned with community priorities.
Collaborate with local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to ensure project success.
Provide technical assistance and training to community members on project implementation.
Monitor and evaluate project progress, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, government agencies, and partners.
Participate in capacity-building workshops and training sessions for community development professionals.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, project management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of community development principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Filipino (local language).
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the project areas.
