📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and well-presented table throughout the service.,Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.,Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure high-quality service.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and setting up tables.,Promote and upsell menu items to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques is a plus.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
