Mulya Cipta Jaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Purchasing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process, ensuring that our company meets its supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best possible deals for the company.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
