Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead a team of ServiceNow architects and developers.
  • Work closely with our technical and business teams to ensure that our solutions are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ensure that our ServiceNow solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of ServiceNow training programs for our team and clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and management.
  • Certified ServiceNow Architect (CSNA) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow, including workflows, integrations, and scripting.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of ServiceNow architects and developers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
