📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Coordinating and scheduling work activities to meet production goals.,Monitoring and evaluating employee performance to ensure high standards are maintained.,Resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Preparing and maintaining accurate records of work activities and employee performance.,Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of new employees.,Working closely with management to implement and improve operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
