📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.,Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Collaborate with managers and employees to develop personalized learning plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment between learning and development initiatives and HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.
