📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare a wide variety of Japanese desserts, including mochi, dorayaki, and wagashi, to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure all desserts are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain and update recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent quality and service.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in Japanese pastry making.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a pastry chef, with a strong background in Japanese dessert preparation.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality Japanese desserts.
  • Excellent knowledge of traditional Japanese pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, with a good understanding of Japanese culinary terms and practices.
  • Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
  • Passionate about Japanese culture and desserts.
