📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records,Monitor cash levels and ensure compliance with company policies,Train and supervise junior cashiers and staff,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally,Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems,High school diploma or equivalent,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
