In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.,Participate in sales promotions and events to increase brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
