📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.
