📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including medical and nursing assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the medical team.,Assist in patient education and support to promote health and wellness.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and practices in Dili is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Clinical skills and knowledge in nursing practice.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Understanding of infection control and safety protocols.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
