📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.,Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior supply chain staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with the fashion industry and market trends is a plus.
