📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections to ensure products and services meet established standards.,Leading and mentoring a team of QC inspectors.,Identifying and addressing quality issues to prevent recurrence.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Conducting training and development activities for the QC team.,Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics and performance.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality across all processes.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with quality management systems and software.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work.
