📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and suggest improvements.,Manage and maintain distribution records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be willing to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
