📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our luxury villas.
• Use high-quality cleaning products and equipment to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Inspect and maintain the condition of all guest rooms and common areas to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Follow and adhere to strict cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the cleanliness and condition of their accommodations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping.
• Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with high-quality cleaning products and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
