You will also be responsible for managing our team of housekeepers, security personnel, and maintenance staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and that they are able to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury residential and commercial properties in Bali.
• Ensure that all properties are clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Manage a team of housekeepers, security personnel, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained and that they are able to deliver the highest level of service to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all properties are well-maintained.
• Handle any maintenance or repair issues that arise.
• Ensure that all properties are compliant with local regulations and laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, real estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury property management.
• Experience working in Bali is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Ability to speak Indonesian and English fluently.
