📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and training materials.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.,Support tutors in resolving student queries and issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs.,Assist in the organization of workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a tutoring or instructional role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance principles.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
