📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage department operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage departmental budget and resources effectively.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Represent the company in various internal and external meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong understanding of company operations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of local regulations and business practices in Dili.
