As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and present business proposals and pitch decks to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
