📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day management of production activities.,Monitor and report on production progress and performance.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow.,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct routine inspections to maintain production standards.,Support the Production Supervisor in planning and scheduling activities.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Understanding of safety protocols and quality control measures.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
