📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit financial statements, tax returns, and other required reports.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and decision-making.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information is available for decision-making.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.,Ensure the company's financial operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations is a plus.
