📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement student affairs programs and activities that promote personal, academic, and professional growth.,Serve as a faculty member, teaching courses in your area of expertise to enhance student learning and engagement.,Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.,Provide academic and personal advising to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.,Organize and lead student organizations, clubs, and events that align with the college's mission and values.,Foster a sense of community and belonging among students, faculty, and staff.,Stay updated on best practices in student affairs and education, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.,Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of student affairs programs and make data-driven improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in education, student affairs, or a relevant discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student affairs, higher education, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of educational theories, practices, and trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and society is a plus.,Passion for student development and a commitment to creating a positive campus culture.
