In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store opening and closing procedures,Oversee inventory control and stock management,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in merchandise display and store layout,Conduct regular store audits and quality checks,Prepare and maintain store records and reports,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or administrative roles,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.),Fluent in Indonesian and English,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
