📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Report on social media activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
