🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,At least 2 years of experience in social media management,Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement,Strong understanding of TikTok and Facebook algorithms and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media
