📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational excellence.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
