📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic insights to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize performance and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
