📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and delivery services,Ensure efficient and effective operations through process improvement and optimization,Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the logistics industry,Proven track record of managing operations and driving business growth,Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
