PT Nagari Duta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior bookkeepers and staff.,Participate in financial meetings and provide financial analysis and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
