Cafe Yoga Tea is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Palembang. We are a growing tea café chain with a unique blend of tea and yoga, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to our customers.

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about tea and yoga, and able to represent the brand effectively.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to different locations within Palembang for sales calls and visits.
