📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our laundry equipment and processes.,Collaborate with engineers and other technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.,Create user manuals, operating instructions, and troubleshooting guides.,Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing documentation to ensure it remains current and relevant.,Assist in the development of training materials for new employees and customers.,Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and product descriptions.,Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of laundry equipment and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
