📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in managing the kitchen operations.,Prepare and cook food according to the menu and recipes.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served hot.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Experience in Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
