📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Create data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical questions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings through data analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with Python or R programming languages is a plus.
